Fully Funded MOPGA Fellowship in France 2025

The Fully Funded MOPGA Fellowship in France is open to all nationals. MOPGA stands for the Make our Planet Great Again. This is the eighth edition of the MPGA Fellowship, which aims to invite 60 applicants from all around the world to carry out their research in France. The MOPGA Visiting Fellowship 2025 is for early-career researchers and is fully funded by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, in collaboration with the French Ministry for Higher Education and Research, and implemented by Campus France. Fellows will carry out the research listed in the Research Themes section.

• Monthly allowance of 2,500 euros
• Moving allowance of 500 euros
• Health insurance plan
• Complementary health insurance plan

• The MOPGA Fellowship is open to the nationals of all countries (except France).
• No nationality restriction.
• 60 fellowships will be provided.
• The Early career researcher means “Foreign researchers holding a doctoral degree for less than 5 years”. They must have obtained their PhD between December 2019 and December 2024 included).
• Those who are doing PhD can not apply.
• Applicants who do not hold French citizenship.
