Scholarship Overview
The Internship will cover all Costs. The applications are open to apply for the LOCALINTERNational Internship in Turkey 2023. The International Local Authorities Internship Program is an international internship program annually organized by the Union of Municipalities of Türkiye. The Internship is open to participants from European, Asian, and Middle Eastern countries.
The aim of the LOCALINTERNational Internship Program is to provide training, through instructions, practical examples, and field visits including social activities and trips to various cities in Türkiye. All the expenses of the Participants including Airfare Tickets, Accommodation, and other expenses are covered by the Union of Municipalities of Türkiye. Financial Benefits for LOCALINTERNational Internship
The Local LOCALINTERNational Internship Program is a paid internship in Turkey for Foreigners. It will cover all the costs that include:
- Airfare Tickets to/from Turkey
- Accommodation During the Program
- City Tours
- Site Visits
- Meals
- The certificate is given to the participants at the end of the program.
- IELTS is not required.
More than 300 students from nearly 60 different countries participated in the LOCALINTERNational Program between 2012-2022.

Who can Apply?
The Eligibility criteria to Participate in the Internship program is:
- Good Command of English
- Last year’s students or recent graduate students from the above-related fields.
- IELTS is not required.
