The Fully Funded Inclusive Excellence Post Doctoral and Visiting Scholars Program is open to all nationals. The University of New Mexico's Inclusive Excellence Postdoctoral and Visiting Scholars Program (IEPVSP) offers assistance for up to three postdoctoral fellows, research associates, or visiting scholar roles aimed at promoting diversity and equal opportunity at the Albuquerque central campus.

Scholarship Benefits
Successful candidates are awarded the following benefits:
- A stipend of USD 50,000.
- USD 2,000 for research, travel, and related expenses.
- Academic units will cover fringe benefits and supplemental funds for salary.
Scholarship Eligibility
- Applicants can be of any nationality.
- Applicant must be nominated by a tenure-granting UNM main campus academic unit.
- Applicants who have received DEI support as postdocs or graduate fellows in the past are not eligible.
- Applicant must have earned a Ph.D. or final degree from a recognized school before July 1, 2025.
- Applicant must demonstrate promise for a tenure-track appointment at UNM.
- Applicants must be in residence full-time for the duration of the award period.
- Postdoctoral Fellows and Visiting Scholars are advised to teach one course per year, subject to the department's approval.
