To be eligible for Fully Funded Chancellor's Scholarships in Brunei, applicants must fulfil the following requirements. 

• The applicant must be a citizen of Brunei Darussalam.
• The applicant must not work with any organization. 
• The student cannot be over 28 years of age.
• The student must have a credit of at least C6 for the English Language in the Brunei GCE ‘O’ Level Examination OR Grade C in IGCSE English as a Second Language OR IELTS Overall Band 6.5.
