Candidates from any country can apply for CEU financial aid.

Are you a master's candidate?
Granted on the basis of both academic merit and financial need, CEU scholarships and tuition awards are available for most of our programs. Please make sure to check your future program's website before you start your application.

Remember to apply by the financial aid application deadline and fill out the Funding section of the Online Application Form so we can consider you for financial aid.

Please make a responsible assessment of your financial situation before applying and also look for alternative sources of support, such as foundation grants, employer support or state scholarships.

Are you a doctoral candidate?

Make sure to submit your application by the scholarship deadline and we will automatically consider you for the CEU Doctoral Scholarship.

Types of CEU financial aid

• In order to apply, applicants need to complete and submit the online application form, including uploading all required documents into the relevant sections. The online application form is available at https://sits.ceu.edu/urd/sits.urd/run/siw_ipp_lgn.login?process=siw_ipp_app_crs.

  Our online application form has a Funding section where candidates need to indicate whether they wish to request financial aid, and may additionally answer some questions about their financial situation. There is no separate financial aid application.

  The departmental academic selection committee takes various factors into consideration and they review your entire application package, so make sure to submit a complete, well-written application package fulfilling both the general, as well as the program-specific application requirements.  

  Please note that financial aid is not provided automatically to everyone who completes the questionnaire in the Funding section of the application form. You might receive financial aid, if your academic merit ranking, demonstrated financial need, and the available funding render you eligible.
