Emile Boutmy Scholarship at Science Po University in France 2025

The Emile Boutmy Scholarship at Science Po University in France is open to all nationals. The Emile Boutmay Scholarship is for students from non-European countries to pursue a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Foreigner students can be exempted from the English Language Test if they provide an official letter from their Home Institute that English was the Primary Language of Instruction. Additionally, students are required to take admission and apply to one of the Bachelor’s or Master’s programs at Science Po University. Science Po is a renowned French university that is considered one of the top institutions in Europe. 

• Bachelor’s Degree Program: The undergraduate program offers tuition grants of €14,720, €9,500, or €6,500 per year for three years.
• Master's Degree Program: The Émile Boutmy program provides a tuition grant of €13,100 per year for the two-year Master’s program.
