Destination Australia Scholarship at University of Queensland 2025

The Destination Australia Scholarship at University of Queensland is open to all nationals except Australians and New Zealand citizens. It is offered for Bachelor's and Master's degrees in the fields offered by the university. The deadline for sending an application is 28 Feb 2025. This scholarship is provided by the University of Queensland.

The Australian Government Department of Education funds the Destination Australia scholarship. It aligns with the National Strategy for International Education 2025.

A partial amount of AUD 15,000 will be awarded annually.

• Applicants must be international students holding a visa for the duration of the scholarship.
• Applicants must either be commencing students or UQ alumni starting a different program covered by this scholarship.
• Applicants must have a full offer to study an eligible program delivered entirely at the UQ Gatton campus in 2025.

Note:

• Dual degrees with a Bachelor of Agribusiness degree are ineligible as they are not offered full-time at UQ Gatton.
• Students from low-socioeconomic backgrounds (low-SES), first-generation tertiary students, and those living with a disability are strongly encouraged to apply.
