About Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme

The Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP) is a program that was established in 1980 by the Malaysian government to promote technical cooperation among developing countries. The program is based on the idea that a country's development depends on the quality of its human resources. The MTCP's objectives include: Sharing Malaysia's development experiences, Providing training and technical advice in key areas, Strengthening bilateral relations with developing countries, Promoting South-South Cooperation (SSC), and Nurturing collective self-reliance among developing countries.
