The Youth Leader Fund (YLF) 2025 in Japan is a fully funded initiative aimed at nurturing future leaders by providing comprehensive scholarships for international students to pursue higher education in Japan.
Applicants must be non-Japanese citizens under 40 years old, hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, and have at least three years of full-time professional experience in public administration.
The YLF 2025 covers all application and admission fees, 100% tuition fees, a monthly stipend of JPY 242,000, economy-class air tickets to and from Japan, and required field trip costs.
