Yeungnam University Scholarship 2027 in South Korea | Fully Funded

Yeungnam University Scholarship 2027 helps Master’s students cover full tuition and provides a 12-month living allowance as part of Yeungnam University’s Park Chung Hee School of Policy and Saemaul programs. The PSPS Scholarship supports study in Saemaul and International Development, Public Policy and Leadership, and Forest and Environmental Policy.

The scholarship is offered by the Park Chung Hee School of Policy and Saemaul (PSPS) at Yeungnam University in South Korea. PSPS admits international applicants, issues admission and scholarship certificates for visa support, and manages program schedules and stipend disbursement.

Yeungnam University Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

  • You hold, or are about to complete, a bachelor’s degree from a regular domestic or international university
  • Or you have a qualification recognized by law as equal to or higher than a bachelor’s degree
  • You can apply regardless of your undergraduate major
  • You are able to attend daytime classes in Korea
  • Applicants to Forest and Environmental Policy receive priority if they hold, or expect to hold, a bachelor’s degree in natural sciences, agriculture, forestry, environmental engineering, or a related field.
  • Candidates recommended by the head of a local government or a central administrative agency
  • Candidates recommended by the head of their relevant institution
  • Candidates with official language proficiency test scores above a certain level
  • Candidates recommended by the Park Chung Hee Saemaul Graduate School Steering Committee
  • You must keep a GPA of at least 3.0 out of 4.5 and avoid receiving an “F” in any course to retain the scholarship.

  • Choose your program from the three options above.
  • Prepare your complete application documents. Check the official PSPS website for the full list.
  • Pay the non refundable application fee of KRW 100,000 or USD 80 in your own name. You cover all bank charges.
  • Use these bank details: IM BANK (formerly DAEGU BANK), account number 910 001127213 5, account holder Yeungnam University, Swift code DAEBKR22 (international transfers only).
  • Make the payment between 2 PM, 28 September 2026 and 2 PM, 23 October 2026 (KST).
  • Attach the remittance receipt to your application documents.
