Fully Funded Woods Hole Summer Internship 2025 in USA
The Woods Hole Summer Internship is a fully funded 10-week internship for international students from all countries. Applicants from all around the world can apply. Each year, Woods Hole selects 25-30 students per summer. The Exact dates of the Internship are not decided yet, but the Participants will arrive between the end of May to mid-June 2025. There is no application fee and this is a Fully Funded Internship which covers all the Expenses. The Woods Hole Internship is offered by the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI). Candidates from a wide range of academic fields can apply. Selected fellows will work on the research project under the Supervisor. Woods Hole Summer Internship Fields
Preference is given to students studying in any of the fields of:
- Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Geology, Geophysics, Mathematics, Meteorology, Physics, Oceanography, Marine Policy, and other related fields.
- Applicants should have a keen interest in ocean sciences, oceanographic engineering, or marine policy.
Eligibility Criteria
- The Woods Hole Summer Fellowship is open to all International students.
- Applicants must be undergraduate students who will have completed their junior year by the start of the fellowship.
- Graduates are not eligible.
- Students in a three-year Bachelor’s program should be in their second year.
- Those in a five-year combined Bachelor’s/Master’s program should be in their third year.
