Women in Agriculture Leadership Fellowship 2026 is a fully funded career development initiative designed to strengthen the capability, confidence, and influence of African women scientists in climate-resilient agricultural research. It targets women agricultural scientists from Egypt, Morocco, Ghana, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, and Senegal, offering leadership training, mentoring, and technical excellence over 24 months.

African Women in Agricultural Research and Development (AWARD) hosts this fellowship under the Africa-Australia Partnership for Climate Responsive Agriculture. AWARD works toward inclusive, agriculture-driven prosperity for Africa by strengthening gender-responsive agricultural research and innovation.
