Purpose of the Internship

The primary purpose of this internship is to provide technical Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), reporting, communications, and operational support to the Education Cannot Wait (ECW) M&E team, while offering the interns a learning opportunity regarding the organizational processes that drive the ECW workplan.

Duties of the Intern

  • Collect, assure quality, analyze, and synthesize the Annual Results Report.
  • Perform data quality checks and follow up with grantees/managers.
  • Draft sections of the report (strategic objectives/education outcomes).
  • Conduct research, literature reviews, and mapping of reports/evaluations.
  • Review programmes and evaluations to identify patterns, gaps, and learning opportunities.
  • Support design and facilitation of learning exchanges (webinars, cross-country sessions).
  • Assist the M&E team with any other duties.
