• Create an account on the application portal using a valid and active email address. All communication about your application will be sent there.
• Upload a short resume (maximum 2 pages) in Word or PDF format. Focus on relevant leadership, community, and professional experience.

Reflect on what motivates you to lead, how your faith shapes the way you collaborate with others, and what values guide your decisions. End with 2–3 sentences explaining what you hope to contribute to and gain from the fellowship.
• Avoid using AI tools to write your answers. The program notes that essays generated by AI tend to feel impersonal and usually weaken the application.
