  Development Cooperation in a country from the TIPP-eligible countries/territories list.
• Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and/or professional experience in a related field or a related graduate degree

• Age should be less than 50 years.
• Candidates must have good physical and mental condition.
• TICA reserves the right to revoke the scholarship offered to awardees who violate rules and
