University Of Paris Saclay
The University of Paris Saclay is a French university. It was founded in 2014 as a university community. Since 2019, it has been an independent university and technical college in the southwest of the greater Paris area, based in Gif-sur-Yvette.
In 2020, the University of Paris-South (Université Paris XI), a successor to the University of Paris founded in the 12th century and a member of the League of European Research Universities (LERU), was incorporated into the University of Paris-Saclay.
