Shanghai Municipal People’s Government Scholarship

This topic page brings together Scholarship Union coverage of the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government Scholarship for students researching funding opportunities in China. Use the listed article to learn what information is available about the award, who may be eligible, which study levels or institutions are discussed, and how applicants can approach the application process. Scholarship rules, eligible programs, deadlines, required documents, and award amounts can change by year and may depend on the university or scholarship category. For that reason, treat general summaries as a starting point rather than a final decision source. Before applying, confirm current requirements and dates with the relevant Shanghai university and official scholarship authorities, and prepare documents according to their instructions. This collection is intended for undergraduate and postgraduate students comparing international study funding and planning their next steps. Check back for updates and related scholarship guidance as new information is added to this topic page over time.
