Opportunities can be available across fields such as science, technology, health, social sciences, and the humanities, and may be offered by universities, governments, foundations, and international organizations.

Use this archive to explore relevant doctoral funding and review each opportunity’s requirements carefully. Check eligible countries, academic qualifications, language requirements, research area, application deadlines, and whether you need an admission offer before applying. Prepare a focused research proposal, strong academic references, transcripts, and any required language test results well in advance. If an award does not cover all expenses, compare its value with the estimated cost of study and investigate other funding options. Scholarship Union helps students discover opportunities and practical application information. Always confirm current details directly with the scholarship provider, since criteria, funding amounts, and deadlines can change.
