Organization of American States (OAS) and Ana G. Méndez University (AGMU) Master’s Studentships

The Organization of American States (OAS) and Ana G. Méndez University (AGMU) Master’s Studentships support eligible applicants from OAS member states seeking postgraduate study in Puerto Rico. The joint opportunity is intended to widen access to graduate education and encourage regional development, academic achievement, and knowledge exchange across the Americas. Depending on the applicable award terms, funding may help cover tuition, university fees, and living expenses for the duration of an approved master’s program, subject to satisfactory academic progress. Study areas may include business administration, education, engineering, and other disciplines offered by AGMU; applicants should verify that their intended program is eligible for the current award. Candidates are generally expected to show strong academic merit, leadership potential, and a commitment to contributing to their home country. Eligibility rules, award amounts, required documents, and deadlines can change by application cycle. Review the official OAS and AGMU notices carefully and confirm admission requirements directly with the university before applying.
