Africa Centre for Energy Policy (ACEP) Internship Studentships
The Africa Centre for Energy Policy (ACEP) Internship Studentships provide a unique opportunity for undergraduate and postgraduate students to gain hands-on experience in energy policy research and advocacy. Based in Ghana, ACEP is a leading think tank that works to promote transparent and accountable energy governance in Africa. Interns will work alongside experienced researchers and policy analysts, contributing to projects that shape energy policies across the continent. The program is designed to enhance students’ understanding of the energy sector, develop analytical skills, and build professional networks. Eligible candidates should have a strong academic background in fields such as economics, political science, engineering, or environmental studies. The internship typically lasts between three to six months and may include a stipend. Successful applicants will be involved in data collection, report writing, stakeholder engagements, and policy briefs. This is an excellent chance for students to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world challenges and make a meaningful impact in Africa’s energy landscape.
