– STEP 1: Log in to www.campuschina.org, choose Type B, and complete the online application.
– STEP 2: Complete the online application procedure, receive a Pre-admission notice and complete the application fee payment (RMB 500) at http://apply.shu.edu.cn (Non-refundable).
– STEP 3: The Shanghai University Scholarship Committee will review the application materials and determine the scholarship candidates’ list.
– STPE4: Publish the scholarship candidates’ list online in late June (http://apply.shu.edu.cn).
– STEP 5: The final list of scholarship awardees will be approved by the Chinese Scholarship Council (CSC).
– STEP 6: Pay the tuition deposit online and receive official admission documents.
Generally, you should have a Chinese level of HSK4 (if applying for a program in Mandarin) or an English proficiency language certificate (if applying for a program in English). Citizenship and Health: you must be non-Chinese citizens and in good health.
The applicants must be high school graduates under the age of 25 when applying for undergraduate programs. Be a bachelor’s degree holder under the age of 35 when applying for the master’s programs. Be a master’s degree holder under the age of 40 when applying for doctoral programs.
The majority of universities in China offer scholarships for students. These scholarships can cover your tuition fees, as well as the cost of your accommodation. Most of the time, these scholarships are offered to students who apply early, have high grades, or have other exceptional extracurriculars.
