The Olin J Eggen Research Award at Australian National University in Australia is open to all except Australian nationals. It is offered for a PhD degree in the fields of Astronomy & Astrophysics. Up to three exceptional RSAA Ph.D. students are eligible to receive the Olin J Eggen Research Award from the Australian National University's Research School of Astronomy and Astrophysics (RSAA). A fund established to honor the accomplishments of the late Professor Olin J. Eggen provides funding for the award.

ANU Olin J Eggen Research Award provides a stipend of up to AUD 2,500 will be available for 1 year.

• The applicant has to be an international student.
• The candidate needs to be enrolled in RSAA's Ph.D. program and engaged in an astronomy and astrophysics project.
• To satisfy the Delegated Authority, students must meet each of the necessary criteria.
