The Fully Funded Zhengzhou University PHD Scholarship in China is open to all internationals  Postgraduate Students to pursue their degree, especially the doctorate degree, at Zhengzhou University. The duration of the scholarship is four years. 

Zhengzhou University, colloquially known in Chinese as Zhèngdà, is a public university located in Zhengzhou, Henan, People’s Republic of China. Zhengzhou University is the largest university in China in terms of student numbers. The Campus size is the tenth-largest in China at 433 hectares.

Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for the Fully Funded Zhengzhou University PHD Scholarship in China are stated below:

1. Applicants must be of non-Chinese nationality in good health.

2. Must be an International Student out of China, or graduates of Chinese universities are eligible to apply for this scholarship.

3. Abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China as well as regulations of ZZU;

4. Excellent performance in study.

5. Applicants should have good ability in scientific research

6. Applicants for the doctoral program should have an excellent academic record in a master’s program (for Pakistan applicants, should be 18 years master's) or higher degree or equivalent degree and aged less than 40 years old

Language Requirements:

1. Chinese medium courses: report of HSK4 or above (score: 210 or above, valid for two years), English level certificate.

2. English medium courses: IELTS (5.5 or above) or TOEFL (80 or above) report (valid for two years) Or English proficiency certificate provided by previous academic institutions.

The following documents are required :

1. Degree and Transcript (must be attested by a notary public)

2. Passport Size Photo

3. Scanned Copy of Passport

4. Two Letters of Recommendation

5. Personal statement or Study Plan, or Research Proposal

6. Proof of Language Proficiency

7. Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form

8. Acceptance Letter (Optional)

9. Or any other supporting documents
