Fully Funded PhD Scholarship at RMIT in Australia 2027

The Fully Funded PhD Scholarship at RMIT in Australia is open to all nationals. It is offered for a PhD degree in the fields of Chemical engineering, material engineering, and chemistry. The deadline for sending an application is 31 Dec 2026. This scholarship is provided by the RMIT University. 

A PhD research study uses char from tire pyrolysis to create polymer composites. The student will have the chance to travel both domestically and abroad to engage with industrial scientists as part of this industry-university collaboration initiative. A materials/polymer scientist and/or chemical engineering student who is eager to advance their knowledge of polymer chemistry and materials upcycling will be the ideal recipient of the grant.

Eligible applicants will get a stipend of $33,826 per annum for three years with the possibility of a 3-month extension based on performance.
