The Fully Funded Dalian University of Technology Scholarship CSC in China is open to all internationals. The Scholarship is provided by the Chinese Government. Students who want to undertake their Masters Degree or PhD Degree from Dalian University of Technology China are encouraged to apply. 

Dalian University offers almost all academic fields and majors under the Chinese Government Scholarship to study Postgraduate Degree Programs. There is No Application Fee to apply. IELTS/TOEFL is not required for the CSC Scholarship. The duration of the Master’s Degree is 3 Years & for Doctoral Degree 4 Years. The award will cover all the expenses.

Dalian University of Technology (DUT) was established in 1949 and is a public research institution in Dalian. DUT is the top university in China, having a great focus on Science and Engineering Research. More than 42,000 national and international students are studying at DUT.

The eligibility criteria for the Fully Funded Dalian University of Technology Scholarship CSC in China are stated below:

1. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good health.

2. Education background and age limit:

i) Applicants going to apply for a master's degree must have an Undergraduate degree and be under the age of 35.

ii) Candidates for PhD degree programs must hold a Master’s degree and be under 40.

Documents Required:

1. Fill out the CSC Application Form.

2. Passport Copy (valid for more than six months).

3. 6 pictures (3cm*4cm).

4. Highest diploma. Documents in languages other than English or Chinese must be notarized translations in English or Chinese.

5. Transcripts in languages other than English or Chinese must be attached with notarized translations in English or Chinese.

6. A Research Plan or Study Plan must be in Chinese or in English (no less than 800 words).

7. Acceptance Letter from DUT Supervisor.

8. Two Recommendation Letters in English or in Chinese by professors or associate professors from the applicants' previous university.

9. Foreigner Physical Examination Form Copy and Blood Test Report must be original and in English.

10. Certificate of No-Criminal Conviction.

11. HSK , IELTS, TOEFL, etc.

i) HSK certificate (within two years) is required for the Chinese-taught program

ii) HSK 4 180 or above for majors related to Science, Technology, Management, and Economics

iii) HSK 5 180 or above for majors in Humanities, Social Science, and Philosophy.

12. English certification is required for the English-taught program:

i) Submit a TOEFL or IELTS transcript. In principle, the score must be 80 or higher, and the IELTS score must be 5.5 or higher

ii) Applicants that use English as the language of instruction at the last education background must submit the English Language Proficiency Certificate issued by the last education institutions.

iii) Applicants from countries where English is the native language can apply without any English Test.

1. Apply Online at the CSC website https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn, upload all the necessary documents, and then download the application form. The Scholarship Type is B, and the Agency Number is 10141.
