The Pankaj Award to End Conflict is a new award launched by Regent Global and One Young World to recognize young leaders who are preventing and resolving conflict around the world. Ten finalists will receive funding from $10,000 to $100,000 and a fully-funded place at the One Young World Summit 2026 in Cape Town, South Africa.

Regent Global, founded by Professor Selva Pankaj and Dr Tharshiny Pankaj, is an educational organization that has led over 25 years of innovation and excellence. Deeply influenced by the Sri Lankan Civil War, the founders launched this award to help young leaders rebuild unity, foster peace, and end conflict.
