  • Demonstrated professional excellence, independent and self-motivated, able to complete an independent fellowship
  • Age: 25 to 40 years old
  • Country of Origin: Southeast Asia (Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Leste Timor, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam), South Asia (Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Pakistan), Northeast Asia (Japan, South Korea, Mongolia), Pacific Islands (Palau, Marshall Islands, Tuvalu)
