Fully funded by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, in partnership with the French Ministry for Higher Education, Research, and Innovation, and managed by Campus France, the MOPGA Visiting Fellowship 2026 covers all major expenses. This 9th edition continues its mission of supporting outstanding research talent worldwide, making France a hub for innovation and sustainable solutions.

Eligibility Criteria for MOPGA Fellowship 2026

  • The MOPGA Fellowship is open to nationals of all countries (except France).
