Oman Scholarship for Pakistani Students HEC in Oman

The Omani Scholarship Program 2025–26 offers fully funded undergraduate scholarships for Pakistani students to study in Oman, covering engineering, humanities, IT, and sciences (excluding medicine). Applications are submitted through the HEC scholarship portal by September 23, 2025, with a required valid USAT test score. The scholarship provides a 100% tuition waiver, a monthly stipend, and one round-trip air ticket annually. 

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Must be a Pakistani citizen.
• Must have completed higher secondary education within the last three years.
• Must be 23 years or younger.
• Must be medically fit.
• Must have a valid USAT test score (obtained between September 7, 2024, and September 7, 2025).

How to Apply: 

1. Apply on the HEC Portal:Submit your application on the official HEC scholarship portal.
2. Upload USAT Score:When prompted for the HAT score on the HEC portal, upload your valid USAT test score.
3. Apply Directly to Universities:In addition to the HEC application, you are responsible for directly applying to the awarding Omani universities and fulfilling their specific requirements.
4. Check University Deadlines:Be sure to check and meet the application deadlines for the Omani universities you apply to.

• A monthly stipend of OMR 200 (without housing) or OMR 140 (with housing).
• One round-trip air ticket per year.
