Newcastle University India Leadership and Innovation Scholarships in UK

Newcastle University announces the India Leadership and Innovation Scholarship for the academic session 2025/2026. There are up to 10 full tuition fee awards open to outstanding Indian students pursuing a one-year master’s programme. The scholarship recognizes academic excellence, leadership, and innovation, supporting talented individuals to study at the University’s Newcastle city centre campus starting September 2026.

To be eligible, applicants must be Indian nationals assessed as international students, hold an offer for a full-time one-year Master’s programme at Newcastle University starting in 2026/27, have or expect to achieve a first-class UK Honours degree (or equivalent), and demonstrate leadership, innovation, and academic excellence.

Eligibility for Newcastle University India Leadership and Innovation Scholarships

• Eligible Countries: India (applicants must be domiciled in India)
• Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded for any eligible full-time, one-year Master’s programme offered by Newcastle University.
• Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, applicants must:
  • Be assessed as an international student for fee purposes.
  • Hold an offer for an eligible Master’s programme for the 2026/27 academic year at the Newcastle city centre campus.
  • Already have, or expect to obtain, the equivalent of a UK first-class Honours degree.
  • Demonstrate academic excellence, commitment to studies, and submit a strong application.
