Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded in the PhD specialisation in Economics, including Industrial Organisation, Macroeconomics, Behavioural Economics, Labour Economics, and Development Economics.
Admissible Criteria:
Must hold a five-year Master’s degree (MSc) in Economics, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
Minimum average grade equivalent to B (4.0) in the Norwegian grading system.
Demonstrated academic skills via GMAT or GRE (waivers available for Nordic Master’s degree holders).
Proof of English proficiency via TOEFL, IELTS, or PTE Academic (waivers for native speakers, Nordic Master’s degree holders, or degrees taught in English).
Submission of a research proposal (2,000–4,000 words) and statement of purpose.
Commitment to 25% teaching/research assistance duties.
