High Fliers Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
- Must have received an offer and selected the University of Birmingham as their firm choice for a full-time undergraduate programme starting September 2026
- Must be entering the first year of an undergraduate programme based at Birmingham’s UK campus
- Must meet the academic conditions of their offer
- Must be classed as an overseas fee payer for tuition fee purposes and be able to pay outstanding tuition fees not covered by the scholarship
- Must have sufficient funds to cover the full cost of living at the University of Birmingham, plus any visa/travel expenses
- Must start studies in September 2026 (the award may not be deferred)
- Must be registered with and have their application attached to one of the listed local representatives
- Must submit scholarship application through a local representative by 30 May 2026
- Upon enrolment, must pay net tuition fees for the first year by 1 November 2026
- Students applying to MBChB Medicine and Surgery or BDS Dental Surgery are not eligible
- Open to students domiciled in: Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Iran, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE
