  • Check that you meet the eligibility criteria. You must have a bachelor’s degree in sport studies, sport management, business or a closely related field. Final-year students can also apply if they will graduate before the programme starts.
  • Make sure you have valid proof of English proficiency if your previous degree was not taught in English. Accepted certificates include IELTS, TOEFL, or Cambridge tests. A university-issued English-medium certificate is also accepted.
  • Prepare all required documents in PDF format. This includes your degree certificate (or proof of expected graduation), academic transcripts, updated CV (preferably Europass), and a copy of your passport or ID card for EU citizens.
  • Get two recommendation letters ready. One should come from an academic referee and the other from a professional reference. You will enter their email addresses in the application form, and they will receive a link to upload their letters directly.
  • Complete the online application form in English. You will be asked to upload all required documents and write your motivation directly within the form.
  • After submitting the application, check your email for confirmation. Keep an eye on your spam folder in case the notification goes there.
  • If shortlisted, you will be invited for a short online interview. The interview focuses on your motivation, your understanding of the sports field, and your overall suitability for the programme.
  • Final selection is based equally on your submitted documents and your interview performance. Selected candidates will receive an offer, either with scholarship funding or the option to join as a self-funded student.
