Eligibility for Commonwealth Masters Scholarship
- The applicant should be a citizen or a resident of, or be granted refugee status from, an eligible Commonwealth country, or be a British Protected Person.
- An upper second class (2:1) first degree is required, or a lower second class degree with a master’s degree, for the candidate. The necessary academic qualification cannot be met by job experience, as determined by the CSC.
- Verification from the candidate’s home university that they fulfill the English language standard stated by UK Visas and Immigration and are proficient enough in written and spoken English to begin studies right away is also required. The university does not support pre-sessional English language instruction.
