- Register on www.ceepus.info by creating your My CEEPUS account. Confirm your registration through email and access your personal Mobility Desktop.
- Log in and start your application. Select the correct academic year and follow the Mobility Wizard. Choose “Yes” for network mobility or “No” if applying as a Freemover.
- Prepare your documents. Network applicants usually don’t need extra documents. Freemover applicants must upload a Letter of Acceptance from a Hungarian host university and two recommendation letters from their home institution. If you are not a citizen of a CEEPUS country but are studying in one, you will need an Equal Status certificate.
- Review your application carefully and submit it by clicking “check & submit.”
- Track your application on the Mobility Desktop. You’ll see updates such as waiting for home coordinator’s nomination, awaiting host institution’s response, nominated by host office, or awarded/rejected.
