Knight Hennessy Scholarship in USA is open to all nationals. The Knight Hennessy Scholarship is a fully funded scholarship at Stanford University to pursue graduate degree programs. For the 2024 cohort, Knight Hennessy selected 90 applicants from all around the world. This is one of the best scholarships to study in the United States. It covers all the expenses. The Knight Hennessy Scholarship has no restrictions based on age, academic field, or nationality. To be eligible for the Knight Hennessy Scholarship, an applicant must first apply and be accepted in a full-time Stanford graduate degree program including JD, MA, MBA, MD, MFA, MS, DMA, and PhD programs. The scholars receive up to three years of funding. Nationals of the United States can also apply.

Step-by-Step Application Process

Step - 1: Visit the Official Website. 

Step - 2: Click on Preparing Your Applications. 

Step - 3: Click on Online Application. 

Step - 4: Click on  Apply to join the 2025 cohort 

Step - 5: Click on Create an account.

Step - 6: Provide your First Name, Last Name, Email, and Date of Birth. Then click on the Continue button. 

Step - 7: You will get a temporary PIN at your given Email ID. Click on Activate Account and put the PIN in the designated box, put your Date of Birth, and then click on the Login button. 

Step - 8: Set Password based on the given criteria. 

Step - 9: Next put your Undergraduate Institute Name and your Graduation Date. Then click on the Submit button. 

Step - 10: Click on 2025 Knight-Hennessy Scholars to start your Application. 

Step - 11: Click on Open Application. 

Step - 12: Carefully read the instruction and then click on Continue button. 

Step - 13: Here you need to provide your Personal Details: like Names, Address, Contact Information, Biographical Information, and Citizenship details. Then click on the Continue button.

Step - 14: Next you need provide your Background Details like: Guardian Details, Undergraduate Funding Details, and Spoken Language Details. Then Click on the Continue button. 

Step - 15: Next you need add details of your Graduate Degree Program. Click on Add Degree Program. After providing all the details, click on the Continue button. 

Step - 16: Next you need to provide details of your previous Academic details. After providing all the details, click on the Continue button. 

Step - 17: Next you need provide your Work Experience details. After providing all the details, click on the Continue button. 

Step - 18: Next, you need to provide details of your Interests and Preferred Activities. You can add up to three interests and activities.  After providing all the details, click on the Continue button. 

Step - 19: Now you need to provide details your achieved Awards & Honor. After providing all the details, click on the Continue button. 

Step - 20: Now you need to provide your Test Score details. After providing all the details, click on the Continue button. 

Step - 21: Next, you need to upload your CV in PDF format. Then click on the Continue button. 

Step - 22: Next you need add at least two Recommendation before the deadline. Click on Add Recommender. 

When you add a recommender below, the application system will send a personalized link to that individual to submit their recommendation online. After your recommender submits a recommendation letter, you will receive an email notification and the status on this page will automatically update.

Need to change a recommender? Click “Edit” next to the recommender you wish to replace, then click “Exclude” at the bottom of the popup window. The recommender you exclude will not receive an email notification about this change. You will then see the option to add a new recommender. 

After adding all the details, click on the Continue button. 

Step - 23: Here you need to answer some Short Questions & Essay about yourself. After completing click on Continue button. 

Step - 24: Here you need to answer some addition question so that the university can some additional background information about you. After answering all the questions, click on the Continue button. 

Step - 25: Next, you need to read the Application Terms Agreement carefully. Then put your Full Legal Name into the Signature box. Then click on the Continue button. 

Step - 26: Next, you need to review your provided details. If you are confident about your information, then click on the Submit Application button. Please note that you may not edit your application after submission.
