The King Abdullah University Scholarship 2024 is open to international students from all over the world. Furthermore, this KAUST Scholarship Program 2024 is a merit-based scholarship program. Students with excellent academic records are eligible for this Saudi Arabia scholarship.

Saudi Arabia is currently working on more scholarship programs to attract international students and develop the value of its universities. The KAUST Scholarship for international students is part of that initiative. Students enrolled in the bachelor’s program will be most welcome to continue their master’s or PhD there without any restrictions.

Step - 1: Visit the Official Website
Step - 2: Click on Applying to KAUST.
Step - 3: Click on Apply Now Button.
Step - 4: To start an application please fill out the following form. Fill up the form that contains your Personal Information, Preferred Program, and Login Information. Passwords must be between 8-30 characters, contain at least 1 uppercase letter (A-Z), 1 lowercase letter (a-z), 1 number (0-9), and 1 of the following special characters: !@#$%^&*()_+|~-=\`{}[]:";<>?,./ Spaces are not allowed. Then click on the Submit Information button.
Step - 5: Your information has been received. Please click here to log into your application.
Step - 6: Put your given Mail ID and Password to Log in.
Step - 7: Put your Postal Code where you lived, and tik on agreement of terms & conditions. Then click on the Continue and Create button.
Step - 8: Click on START APPLICATION button.
Step - 9: Answer the questions shown in the pictures below. The questions are related to Degree Details, Faculty Interest, and Previous Application. After answering all the questions, click on the Save and Continue button.
Step - 10: Next, you need to answer questions related to Sponsorship. If you don't have sponsor, tik the No button. But if you have, tik the Yes button and provide details about the Company (Sponsor). Afterward, click on the SAVE & CONTINUE button.
Step - 11: Next, you need add your personal details like, Last Name, First Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Citizenship, and Marital Status.
Step - 12: This step is for Saudi citizens. If you are Saudi Arabian, add your NID num, Expiry Date of ID (Hijri Calendar), Passport Number, Passport Issue & Expiry Date, IQAMA ID, and upload the scans of NID, Passport, and IQAMA ID. Afterward click on the SAVE & CONTINUE button.
Step - 13: Next you need add your Contact Information like Email, Phone Number, Permanent & Current Address. Afterward click on the SAVE & CONTINUE button.
Step - 14: Next you need to add contact details of a person, whom authority can contact in case of emergency. Afterward click on the SAVE & CONTINUE button.
Step - 15: Next you need to add details about your previous earned degrees and upload transcript. After adding all required information regarding academic details, Afterward click on the SAVE & CONTINUE button.
Step - 16: Next, you need to upload your SOP and CV. Please use a margin of 2 inches at the top of the page to allow room for the application system to automatically print your name and Applicant ID in that space. Click the Upload Document button below to attach it to your application. The file you upload cannot exceed 600kb in size and should be in .wpd, .doc, .docx, .rtf, .pdf, or .txt format. Also, please do not attempt to upload a document that is password-protected. This will cause the process to fail. After uploading, click on the SAVE & CONTINUE button.
Step - 17: Next you need to answer questions related to Standardized Tests like GRE, IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, and CAE. Afterward click on the SAVE & CONTINUE button.
Step - 18: If you are applying for PHD degrees, here you need to answer questions related to your research, poster, and publications. Afterward click on the SAVE & CONTINUE button.
Step - 19: Here, you need to provide some additional information, by answering the questions showing in the picture below. After answering all the questions click on the SAVE & CONTINUE button.
Step - 20: The people submitting reference letters on your behalf will send their letters to the Admissions Office electronically through our application system. We currently only accept electronic letters of reference directly from the recommendation provider. Please input the names and email contact information for each provider, by clicking on RECOMMENDATION PROVIDER LIST. Once the recommendation provider information is saved, an email will be sent to the online recommendation provider with instructions on how to proceed with the online recommendation.
Step - 21: Lastly you can check your provided details again. If you you are confident, you can click on Submit button. By this, your application will be successfully submitted.
