How to Apply for Huddersfield Business School Scholarships in UK | Step-by-Step Process

The University of Huddersfield is a public research university located in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, England. It has been a university since 1992, but its origins are in a series of institutions dating back to the 19th century. Huddersfield Business School Scholarships in the UK are open to all nationals. Successful candidates will be selected on a competitive basis following our selection procedure. They will be eligible to enroll in a research degree without any tuition fees for the standard registration period only. Fees will be waived for up to the first three years of full-time study for full-time postgraduate research candidates. Applicant fees will be waived for up to six years of part-time study. The scholarship will not apply to any research undertaken outside of this standard registration period, including any write-up period.

• Full Fee Waiver: Successful applicants will have their tuition fees waived for the standard registration period (up to three years for full-time and six years for part-time study).
• Annual Stipend: Full-time postgraduate research (PGR) candidates will receive an annual stipend of £3,500. Part-time PGR candidates will receive £1,750 annually. The stipend is contingent on satisfactory academic progress and full engagement with the research program.

Step-by-Step Application Process

Step - 1: Visit the "Official Website".

Step - 2: Now, click on "Find out more".

Step - 3: Now, click on "Online research degree application form". 

Step - 4:  Now, click on the "Create Account" button. To make an application, you need to register by creating an account.

Step - 5:  Now, enter your "Email" and set the "Password". Then, click on the "Submit" button.

Step - 6: Now, you need to select your "Course" (Applicant type, study level, study mode, starting date, course, and month you would like to start the course). Then, click on the "Next" button.  

Step - 7: Here, you need to add your "Personal" details. After providing all the required details, click on the "Next" button.

Step - 8: Now, you need to provide your "Passport & Visa" details. After providing all the required details, click on the "Next" button. 

Step - 9: Next, you need to provide your "Contact" details. After providing all the required details, click on the "Next" button. 

Step - 10: Here, you need to add details of your "Education History and Qualification". After adding 1st College/University details, click on the "Save Establishment" button.

You can add your qualification details by clicking on the the "Add" button under every degree. After adding all the required details, you have to click the "Save Qualification" button. You can add more "Degrees" and their "Qualifications" by clicking on the "Add New School/College".  After providing all the required details, click on the "Next" button.

Step - 11: Here, you need to provide your "Employment & Experience" details. After providing all the details, click on the "Next" Button. 

Step - 12: Here, you need to provide details of your "English Language Qualifications". After providing all the details, click on the "Next" Button.

Step - 13: Here, you need to provide a personal statement. Use the blank section to enter any further information you may wish to offer in support of your application. Admissions tutors will be interested in your reasons for choosing the course(s) you are applying for, your career aspirations, and relevant experience & information concerning your intellectual, social, sporting, or other interests.

You should also give details of any non-examined subjects you are studying. If you have been out of education for some time, please outline any relevant experience that may be taken into account in lieu of formal qualifications, either at home or in voluntary or paid work. It may also be helpful to explain any breaks in your career. If you are applying for deferred entry (i.e., a year beyond the next academic year), please give your reasons for so doing.

Step - 14: Here, you need to add details of your funding. After selecting, click on the "Next" button.

Step - 15: Here, you need to provide your reference details.  Please provide details of 2 referees. One must be a professional or academic referee. After providing all the details, click on the "Next" Button. 

Step - 16: Here, you need to read the "Data Protection Policy" carefully. Then, give your consent by tik marking in the "I agree to the Data Protection Statement and Condition" box.  After that, click on the "Next" Button. 

Step - 17: Here, you need to attach some additional files (Shown in the picture below) by clicking the "Choose File" and then clicking on the "Upload File". If you are confident about your details, then click on the "Submit" button. Your application may take some time to upload. Please only click on the "Submit" button once and then wait for the upload to complete.
