Step - 7: If you are a first-year student, then you should click on the "Apply for first-year" button. On the other hand, if you want to transfer your credit from another university to Emory University, then you should click on the "Apply for transfer" button.
Step - 8: Now, you will need to click on the "Application" button.
Step - 9: Next, you will need to answer some questions that are categorized in general, academics, contacts, geography, family, and writing (about your preferred academic areas, potential, experiences, skills, etc.). You can fill up one after one by clicking on the "Continue" button at below.
Step - 10: Next, you will need to fill up your recommenders' details. Before you can continue your application, they need to know your current or most recent secondary/high school. Please complete the "Current or Most Recent Secondary/High School" question in the Education section of your Common App.
Step - 11: Here, you will need to add your past education details. You will need to select and answer questions related to your academics. You can click on the "Continue" button to fill out the section step by step.
Step - 12: Next, you will need to answer questions related to tests like language tests (ACT, SAT/SAT Subject, AP, IB, Cambridge, TOEFL, PTE Academic, IELTS, and Duolingo English Test) and others. After answering, you will need to click on the "Continue" button to proceed to the next section.
Step - 13: Next, you will need to answer questions regarding extra-curriculum activities. Reporting activities can help colleges better understand your life outside of the classroom. After answering, click on the "Continue" button to proceed to the next section.
Step - 14: Next, you will need to write a personal essay. The essay demonstrates your ability to write clearly and concisely on a selected topic and helps you distinguish yourself in your own voice. What do you want the readers of your application to know about you apart from courses, grades, and test scores? Choose the option that best helps you answer that question and write an essay of no more than 650 words, using the prompt to inspire and structure your response. Remember: 650 words is your limit, not your goal. Use the full range if you need it, but don't feel obligated to do so. (The application won't accept a response shorter than 250 words.)

After writing, click on the "Continue" button to proceed to the next section.
Step - 15: Next, you will need to answer some additional questions and click on the "Continue" button.
Step - 16: Next, you will need to go back to the dashboard, click on the admission process, and then click on the "Review and Submit" button.
