The Fulbright Graduate Fellowship pays for up to two years of graduate study in the United States to earn an MA, MS, MBA/MPA, LLM or similar graduate degree. Fellows receive tuition grants for their coursework and a monthly stipend to cover living expenses at their host institution. Fellows also receive roundtrip transportation and health benefits. The National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD) was set up on 6th July 1983, by the then Ministry of Industry (now Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises), Government of India. The GSSI-Gran Sasso Science Institute, founded in 2012 in L’Aquila (Italy) as Center for Advanced Studies of the National Institute for Nuclear Physics (INFN) and then established in March 2016 as a School of Advanced Studies providing post-graduate education, offers 31 PhD positions for the academic year 2019/20.

ACIAR and AusAID are offering John Allwright fellowships in Agriculture for applicants from developing countries to study at Institutes in Australia. ACIAR-supported collaborative research projects to obtain postgraduate qualifications. 27 successful applicants are being offered John Allwright Fellowship scholarships to commence studies in Australia in 2017. A maximum of two field visits for a Masters and three for a PhD are usually permitted and it is essential that the component of time spent in Australia is more than 50% (this should not just consist of thesis writing). ACIAR will pay the return international travel for fieldwork in home countries. ACIAR will not support fieldwork in a third country.
