Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility requirements for the 2026-27 Bilkent University Scholarships for international students are appended below:

  • All around the world, students can apply.
  • Turkish people who belong to the graduate programs must apply for ALES.
  • Turkish residents living abroad, and non-Turkish nationals, are entitled to GRE ratings instead of ALES.
  • Bachelor’s students are eligible for the master’s programs
  • Master’s graduates are eligible for doctoral programs
  • GPA Requirement: 2.80/4.00 (B.S. CGPA), but is eligible for some programs 2.50/4.00 (B.S. CGPA)
