BEST doctoral programme Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
- By the call deadline, candidates must hold a master’s degree or equivalent diploma, and must not hold a doctoral degree.
- Applicants must not have resided or carried out their main activity (work, studies, etc.) in France for more than 12 months in the 36 months preceding the call deadline. Periods spent as a tourist, as a refugee, or in national service are not counted as residence.
