Eligibility Criteria for the Azerbaijan Government Scholarship 2026-27

  • The Scholarship is open to all Nationals except Azerbaijan.
  • Citizenship: Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan or individuals whose citizenship in the Republic of Azerbaijan has been terminated will not be considered for the scholarship.
  • Undergraduate and general medicine programs: Foreign nationals must be below 35 years old.
  • Graduate and medical residency programs: Foreign nationals must be below 40 years old.
