- Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in international affairs, political science, international law, or a relevant scientific/technical field with policy-technology intersection
- At least 2 years of progressive research and work experience in tech-related public policy settings (governments, think tanks, research institutes, corporate policy, or public interest groups) on AI and autonomy
- Proven track record of producing policy-relevant publications
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Knowledge of French and/or other UN languages is desirable
