How are participants selected for the Norway summit?
Based on engagement and commitment during the Training Phase, 40 participants will be selected to join the ‘Asia-Europe Youth Leadership Training: Anticipatory Leadership in the Arctic’ in Tromsø, Norway.
What commitment is required from participants?
Participants are expected to attend online training sessions (approx. 4 hours per week), organize multiplier events in their local communities, and if selected, actively participate in the on-site training in Norway.
