The ARICE Scholarship 2025 offers fully funded opportunities for non-EU and non-EFTA students to pursue higher education in Romania, covering tuition, accommodation, and living expenses.
The ARICE Scholarship 2025 is a fully funded program offered by the Romanian Agency for Investments and Foreign Trade (ARICE) for international students to pursue Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD studies in Romania.
Eligibility is open to foreign citizens from non-EU and non-EFTA countries. Applicants must have the necessary qualifications for the desired study program and be prepared to undertake a Romanian language preparatory course if they do not speak Romanian.
The scholarship covers tuition fees, accommodation in student dormitories, a monthly stipend, medical assistance for emergencies, and local public transport.
Applications must be submitted between March 1 and May 31, 2024, by 23:59 Romanian time. Late submissions will not be considered.
Applicants should send their application files electronically in PDF format to [email protected] within the specified application period. Original documents will be required only upon enrollment.
Required documents include a completed application form, letter of recommendation, diplomas and transcripts with authorized translations, birth certificate, passport copy, CV, and a medical certificate.
Priority is given to fields such as economics and business administration, agricultural sciences, technical sciences, and oil and gas. Other areas may be considered based on available slots.
Non-Romanian speakers are required to undertake a preparatory Romanian language course, which is funded by the scholarship.
Selection is based on the evaluation of submitted documents by the RAICE selection committee, followed by a final decision from the Ministry of Education.
