Note: If not selected to receive the scholarship to attend the event in person, participants can still attend the event online and receive the Invitation Letter for online attendance, graduation Certificate (Digital), and access to Nexus Alumni.

Guaranteed Participation Categories (Direct Selection)

  • Forum Access: This category offers direct selection without an interview. It covers everything except airfare and accommodation.
  • Self-Funded: This option also provides direct selection, bypassing the interview and selection process. It covers all expenses except for airfare.
  • Invitation Letter: This is for individuals who only require an official, signed, and stamped invitation letter to support their Schengen visa application.
  • Online Participation: This category is for those who wish to attend the event virtually. It provides online access to all event activities, an online invitation letter, and a digital graduation certificate.
  • Group Registration: Groups of five or more can receive a special discount when they apply together.

The early bird discount for applications ends on October 31, 2025, while scholarship applications are open until December 31, 2025.
