  • Every kind of scholarship is meant for a single recipient.
  • There is no family allowance offered by the DCSE Global Talent Scholarship.
  • Acceptable if the recipient lives in Indonesia. The scholarship will only be given based on the recipient’s percentage of presence in Indonesia if he decides to return home.
  • The cost of admission is waived for all international students. If approved, the student is responsible for paying all other costs, including round-trip travel, health insurance, immigration and visa fees, and other expenses, in addition to the scholarship mentioned above.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the DCSE Global Talent Fully Funded Scholarship 2025 in Indonesia, applicants must be:

  • An official or registered university in the nation of origin may award a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • Although ASEAN nations are preferred, other nations may still apply.
  • International students must be citizens of a country other than Indonesia.
  • IELTS 6, IBT 70, and TOEFL 550.
  • Have a three-year plan for your doctoral study and a one-and-a-half-year plan for your master’s.

For Master’s Program:

  • To apply for the scholarship, you must be at least 35 years old.
  • Possess a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in an ASEAN nation in computer science, electronics, or instrumentation with a minimum GPA of 3.25 out of 4.00.
  • Please be aware that those who hold a master’s degree are not qualified to apply for the scholarship.
  • A strong mastery of the English language
  • A health certificate attests to their good health.
  • Being prepared to buy health insurance for the duration of the study.
  • After being nominated, dedicate yourself to every facet of the program.
  • Possess the mental and physical capacity to finish the programs.

    For Doctoral Program:
  • The award is only available to applicants who are at least 40 years old.
    Possess a master’s degree from a recognized university in an ASEAN nation in computer science, electronics, or instrumentation with a Minimum GPA of at least 3.5 out of 4.00.
  • Please be aware that holders of PhD degrees are not eligible to apply for the award.
    A strong mastery of the English language
  • A health certificate attests to their good health.
    Being prepared to buy health insurance for the duration of the study.
    After being nominated, dedicate yourself to every facet of the program.
    Possess the mental and physical capacity to finish the programs.

Applicants have to prepare the following documents to apply for DCSE Global Talent Scholarship:

  • Certified copy of the diploma for a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree or equivalent (in English)*
