- Currently working as a Research or Science Manager (Civil Society) or a Diplomat or Government Official (Government) in one of the eligible Asian and European Countries.

Format of the ASEF Training and Youth Summit
The Asia-Europe Training and Youth Summit on Science and Technology Diplomacy will be held from October to December 2025. The two main components are:
- Online Training: Participants will engage in virtual learning sessions focusing on:
- Science Impacting Diplomacy
- Diplomacy Impacting Science
- Innovation and Technology in Diplomacy
- Understand the personal, cultural views of yourself, other stakeholders when engaging in Science and Technology Diplomacy
- In-person Youth Summit: Selected participants from the online training will travel to Denmark to attend a conference.
