• enrolled full-time in Bachelor’s, Master’s, or undivided programs (state-funded or fee-paying)
• Have completed at least 2 semesters
• Have earned at least 55 credits

• Have outstanding achievement in studies or outstanding professional work performed in the relevant training period of the academic year 2024-2025, maintaining a high level of study or professional achievement.
